Day 3 of the #30Days30WaysUK campaign focuses on cyber crime. Cyber breaches and attacks can be hugely costly for all businesses as has been seen in the media recently and such breaches can be especially difficult for small businesses to recover from. To help avoid that the North West Cyber Resilience Centre is there for you. Supported by Lancashire Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner’s office and offers Lancashire businesses free membership to get access to resources, education, funded programmes and regular updates. You can learn how to keep your business safe against cyber hackers with easy-to-understand funded training for employees. They look to achieve this by providing education, testing and training delivered by our team of trusted professionals, seconded police officers and Ethical Hacking students studying cybersecurity at local universities. Free Membership | North West Cyber Resilience Centre Funded Cyber Support Programmes available You can boost your organisation's cyber resilience with the North West Cyber Resilience Centre's fully funded Lancashire Cyber Support Programme. The programme, which has been funded by Lancashire Constabulary and the Police and Crime Commissioner's Office, provides free training, consultations, and policy templates. Small businesses, charities and other not-for-profit organisations in Lancashire can sign up to the North West Cyber Resilience Centre's FREE fully-funded cyber security training. Make sure your employees understand password security, phishing emails and basic cyber security steps.
